They are hard working employees and helped us buy our first home. When thing got rough they were able to find the solution and fix what need to be done in a very quick time. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome even for my age at 20 years old. I would highly recommend working with this company again.

We had the best experience with these guys! They were so amazing. They were genuinely happy to help and go way above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They waited way past closing to make sure we got our papers signed before the end of the night so we didn't lose the home we were purchasing. They made sure to walk us through everything we were signing since we are first time home buyers. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

This is my first time using Cottonwood Title, but I highly recommend them. They were less expensive than the title company I used last time, and I felt way more confident leaving their office this time that I knew exactly what was going on. Laura was great to answer any questions and didn't just want to just rush me through even though they are really busy. I had a great experience with them!

Cottonwood title (Lara in particular) were phenomenal to work with. We used them to close on our house in Utah, and they made the experience painless and easy. Then, when we had to remotely close on our previous residence, Lara helped us through that process and got us all taken care of. It was very stressful remotely closing on a house, while juggling a toddler, a move from out of state, and all in the middle of a pandemic, but Lara made it so easy for us. We highly recommend Cottonwood title!

I have worked with Cottonwood Title several times over the last 5 years. They have always been very professional, but also personable. Always responsive and fast, even when my finance company wasn’t the greatest. Jim and Krista are the best!
