I decided to revise my rating since 1 star may have been to harsh. My advice to you would be to treat new customers better. I simply asked the price of eh taylor small batch and never asked to buy it. Instead of shutting a customer down from the get go by saying its not for sale because you keep them only for regular customers, try and suggest something similar. Not everyone walking through you doors keep track of whats rare and whats not. I also don’t care if you are the least expensive, I will gladly spend more at other places it they have better customer service. Customer service goes a long way, even for your non regular ones!
