I visited today to have some of my Mothers things cleaned and appraised. I was very happy to see that they were observing Covid protocols and that they were posted. They cleaned and checked over the pieces, they weren't anything of value, and told me what I had... for free! They wouldn't accept payment even though I offered. They earned a customer for life today.

My wife and I had some estate jewelry and gold expertly appraised by Richard. He was friendly, conscientious, very knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable settlement.
