Everything about this experience was positive. We have read so many reviews about different tradesman, so when we found JC Phase with no negatives, we gave them a call. I spoke to the owner, who offered to come ASAP the next morning.nHe came early the next morning and looked at all of the possible challenges to our project in several ways. Then, when it was clear he was our guy, he promised to do what he could to squeeze us in. An hour later I re dived a text saying he could make it work by starting our job on the early side two days later.nShowing up on time was another of his guys, also named Jim. Polite and patient as together we tried again to figure the best solution. He came up with two entirely different solutions, and then set about doing it...letting us know through every step to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. Very unusual in my experience most tradesman get focused on completing the task.nEnd result. Perfection!! Better than expected and extremely reasonable price based on the quality and efficiency of his work.nWe are so appreciative of all of the reviews (his and others) that precede this and guided us to JC Phase. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. My appreciation to all those who rated and reviewed them as it was those reviews which gave me the confidence to try them. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely fair in their pricing. JC Phase resolved my electrical issue for only $99 after Mr Sparky wanted over $300 JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
