I was needing some help from KIWA airport this morning and reached out to the FBO in my home town. I was greeted so pleasantly and got the help answer I was looking for. John has 35 years fixing aircraft and that kind of experience is priceless. Was really happy with the professionalism I was shown and their willingness to help me. Thanks, John and Rawson!!

My company had me there for survey work so we were in and out of the FBO all the time. I have never been to an FBO where they were as friendly and accommodating as they were. John, Rawson, and Jesse helped us out so much even if it was inconvenient. When we had mechanical issues John dropped everything he was doing to help us out. If we needed to be there a little bit before they opened, they made sure that someone was there for us. They never complained and always had a smile on their face. I went back to my chief pilot and told him that if we are ever based in that area again, that we must go back to ATY. Also, they have complimentary ice cream. That never hurts.

Stopped in due to an alternator issue on a Sunday afternoon. A&P was on site and ready to assist! Staff was amazing. Offered my two boys ice cream and opened the pilot lounge for us to hang out in for a while. Great facilities and very helpful staff!!! Very impressed. Way to go ATY!!!! Thank you!!
