First of all I would like to say that Rebound has a great staff, they are kind, always smiling and always there to meet your needs. No problems getting appointments that work with your schedule. For the last 7 months they worked hard with me to get my dominant hand back to working as properly as it's going to. They are truly an amazing team. I would definitely choose them again if I had to.

Rebound Rehab provides every modality imaginable to thenperson seeking help in recovery from accident, or to thenelderly looking for relief from chronic pain. My experiencenhas been totally positive. Friendly vibes, professional attitudesnand behavior, pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended.

The team at Rebound is excellent. With their help my back and leg pain is improving and I am grateful not to have to take a lot of medication. I recommend them highly.

Today, I got into a pool for my physical therapy and it was so comfortable! I haven't been in a pool for almost a decade because the cold makes my back muscles lock up and then I'm unable to straighten my spine for as many as 3 days. I wore a thin wetsuit skin underneath my fleece-lined wetsuit skin, and it kept me nice and cozy so none of my muscles locked up! I have lost a lot of strength in some of my core muscles, so that's what we're working on, so eventually I can walk without the assistance of my rollator or cane. Rebound Rehabilitation in St Augustine is GREAT! All the staff are friendly, kind, polite, AND knowledgeable. No problems with insurance, getting an appointment right away, or recurring appts at a preferred time. Ms Neha explained my injury much better than the physician I saw. That helped me understand the recovery process and maybe avoid the same injury in the future. Printed exercises were provided to do on non-PT days to help recovery. All exercises are supervised and progress is tracked. The staff is very attentive and helpful. My range of motion is much improved and pain is nearly gone. Rebound Rehabilitation is my first choice, and I won't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks, to everyone at Rebound. --Jeffry
