Do not want to be here for rehab. If you had more nurses like Melissa this place would be way better. She is caring. Ok i am gonna come back and edit this. Donna beautiful nurse very caring. I was in extreme pain when posted original getting better. Yes lots of issues that need addressed but easy fixed . This is hard time for everyone. Everyone has been really good to me.

Ponce has great control on the covid 19.nBut according to a patient the help has a very bad attitute.

I used to work there , yes it’s a beautiful place . I HATED it there , the staffing were so rude to me and their attitude were horrible, the worst place I have ever work for with attitudes and rudeness. I will never ever recommend anyone to work there ..

I've been going there for about 4 to 5 years doing Ministry and everyone that I've ever met was very nice, very courteous, the doctors, the nurses, the kitchen workers. Everyone was very nice and I've never walked into the facility I smell a foul odor, the place has always been clean and I like the new security system that you all have in place where people can't just walk in unchecked. Overall that is why I give it a five.

Nice nursing facility. I work there as agency nurse and staff and residents always helpful and nice. Great place to work.
