Friendly staff here and I absolutely love Eli! He’s awesome and goes over everything with me in detail. If I could change anything , It would be the wait time and the call back service! Great place though!

My brother is being diagnosed by a neurologist that Aza Health referred to him. It has been weeks since the referral was sent back to his ARNP to have 3 tests scheduled. I have called and left messages 2/23, 2/26, and 3/1. Never a call back. He is getting worse fast. Please call me asap Azela Health!! Check messages left both at referrals and the nursing staff.

The APs are really good there. Most of the front office is great, but a few aren't. All in all, I am happy with Eli Bellatier as my AP.

Fabulous employees but honestly due to covid they are not really able to effectively practice..

The ladies at front desk are kind and helpful. Aza has a sliding fee based on income for helping the underinsured population
