Saint Augustine Distillery

Self-guided tour with tasting is free! This place is so cool. The apothecary vibes throughout make it a must see. The tastings include mixers so it’s perfect for everyone. Even those who may not drink or enjoy liquors. There is also a cool restaurant on the second floor. We only got to see it and not go in but it was so cool and the offerings sounded delicious. Great for a rainy day!

You are welcomed as you enter and are instructed on how to go about the self guided tour. Very interesting. After going through the tour, you end up at the gift shop/ tasting room where there is knowledgeable staff. They talk about the different products that they have as you sample the one of your choice. Very tasty line of products. Well worth the visit.

Great self guided your through a historic ice plant turned into a fantastic distillery. Staff is super friendly. I went ahead a bottled my own bourbon and what a experience that was. Finished it off with a great lunch at the restaurant. I highly recommend if your a whiskey drinker like myself.

Amazing tour and great samples! The staff was fantastic and knowledgeable. If you like rum,gin, vodka and bourbon this is a great stop for you. Its un related to the distillery in the historic downtown area but within walking distance. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and insightful the staff was! Highly recommend if you're looking for something to do especially on an over 21 trip. Make this a stop on your tour of the distilleries, wineries and breweries in St. Augustine!

We were today with my family and my just turned to 21 y/o son. We were amazed with the super good quality of the products here. The free tasting of the spirits is done by knowledgeable employees that explained everything with details. I personally loved the straight Bourbon with the Old Fashioned mix, so we had to bring a bottle with us. I totally recommend people to go to St Augustine distillery. Do not waste your time and money in any other distillery, believe me!
