Today my dad received the COVID 19 vaccine and we were both apprehensive about how this experience would go considering all the lines from other vaccine locations you see on the news. The experience we had was exceptional from start to end. All done and completed in 15 minutes, yes, you read that correctly! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, instantly putting my 80 year old dad at ease. Even availability of a Golf cart ride from your car to the building if needed and wheelchairs ready and available, each person greeted us with happy faces and there was no lines, zero! We went with ease from one area to the other, from checking ID and paperwork to answering question, getting the shot and finally making a return appointment. If for a moment you are worried about how long it will take or if the process might not be as good as you anticipated, look no further than having your vaccine experience with the St Johns County Fire Rescue in St Augustine! Welldone, each and everyone of you for bringing in the extra organization and compassion to these seniors, you were all exceptional!
I had a bicycle accident this morning (July 4th). Fortunately and embarrassing for me right in front of the Chief Of Operations for the St Johns County Fire and Rescue Joel Sneed. He was awesome and helpful in calling for rescue and making sure I got back home safely. I cannot say how much I appreciate him and the wonderful rescue employees! I am very proud to own a house in St Johns county with this kind of service.
