We purchased a silicone band and after selling us this, she took the time to visit with us and offered to clean my wedding ring along with another ring free of charge, even though they were not purchased there! We are beyond impressed. To be quite honest, she’s probably one of the most impressive sales associates I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Amazing customer service! Sandy was extremely friendly & helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted & unfortunately they didn't have it but Sandy was quick to let us take a look at the catalog & called to see if they had it in stock. Once we ordered it we received a call the NEXT DAY we could go in & pick it up. Definitely recommend talking to Sandy!
Here's a special compliment to pay to an extraordinary employee by the name of Jim. Jim was completely kind, not pushy, educated on his jewelry, and very positive. Went to the Morgan Jewelers at Layton, UT for the first time and ended up buying not one but two rings! Great customer service and experience! Sandy was a great help! Very nice and patient! She showed me a lot of selections. Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable! I was looking for a 10 yr anniversary ring and found two i like and affordable that i will be able to pass down to my kids when they grow up! I am so inlove with my rings!
