I understand what masks are for, but when a customer comes in and they’re asked to leave, and then even explain their actual, diagnosed medical condition that makes mask wearing a danger, that’s ridiculous. Masks are fine for healthy people, not everyone can wear them. And it’s embarrassing to explain it and still be asked to leave. Terrible, terrible, terrible and I will NEVER set foot in another Barnes and Noble again.
Anything you could want in there to read to do arts crafts Starbucks in the building very pleasant I.
Always love their selection and layout much better than books a million. Was a little disappointed that they pulled the reading chairs out probably because of covid but still would love to have them back.
