I went in on a small emergency because my prong had broken off. The gentleman (Paul) at Ari diamonds couldn't have been more patient or kind. I was happy with their quality service and affordability. After getting my ring fixed, I decided to have them fix my other ring which was a heirloom ring. I couldn’t have been happier with those results either. The turn time was quick and the work quality! They have a way of making you feel like the most important person in their business. I wish I would have bought my engagement set from them to begin with. However, I will tell you one thing, if I will get another piece of jewelry in the future they will be who I purchase from. I can’t not say enough good about this establishment or the employees working there. *Update* I just got my center stone replaced and once again as all previous encounters, Paul was so very helpful, friendly, and patient. He worked with my budget and made sure we left happy and with a bag full of goodies.

Phenomenal service any time we go in to get my ring cleaned or the rhodium redone. Paul always greets you with a smile and chipper attitude as well. 5 years later we decided to add a third band to my engagement/wedding ring and they helped us track down a matching band to my set.

This place is amazing!!! I couldn’t have picked a better place to do business. The customer service is unmatched and the diamonds are incredible. I was given every option possible to make an informed decision and the trade in value will always be the price I paid for it. If you’re shopping for rings, you need to do it Ari diamonds!!!!

Just like the Cheers show, we are greeted with a familiar face every time we walk in, no matter how long or short it’s been since our last visit. Paul and his team are so accommodating in helping you search for “THE PIECE”. We always leave extremely satisfied and refer multiple friend’s and family to Ari Diamonds. You want to go where everybody knows your name....

Amazing experience at Ari Jewelers! My wedding set prongs were worn down and I needed to get them fixed as well as my set soldered together. My jeweler closed down in Utah so I needed somewhere to take my rings. I went into Ari just to get a ring cleaning and Rachel suggested having Paul check out my rings, he checked them out and gave me an amazing price for the new crown and the soldering and said it would be ready in a week! Also he cleaned my other band and what an amazing and thorough job he did! I picked up my ring today and I am beyond happy about the way my ring looks and feels! Thanks Paul and thanks Rachel for all your professional help and work!!
