Called to get my water bill pricing for the month. Woman asked me my address, normally people have a hard time hearing/spelling my address street. Started to spell after saying it like I normally have to with everyone else, snaps and cuts me off in the middle of talking “yeah, you don’t have to spell it.” I didn’t respond she asked for my name and I got my pricing. I get you might know how to spell something but dang, you don’t have to just snap at someone trying to help.

Horrible Trash Service. We have been calling for 7 days straight, and they have not come to pick up our trash for weeks even though we pay $300 a month. Very disappointing.

Deena Ware lack of cooperation and doesn’t help businesses I know this first hand from a friend of mine who is about to start a great business I hope she starts working with businesses to attract more business to town of Dundee especially the ones who are trying to improve to benefit the residents of town of Dundee
