The older woman on site is just about the most enraging human being I've ever met. While I knew it would be a challenge to repairs my pieces of jewelry, she showed zero interest in helping me. Claimed my jewelry was fake when it was clearly marked otherwise (and when I pointed it out, she goes “oh didn’t care to check there”) and if they broke something else I WOULD BE THE ONE WHO HAD TO PAY TO FIX IT! She was rude and I’m not sure if it was my skin tone or what being as I was polite and calm toned until she proceeded to offend me. Took mine somewhere else NO ISSUES, voiced the same concerns in a polite manner and had zero issues fixing anything that May happen during repairs. The money was no issue, she just had zero interest in helping me.

Just got some rings sized and watch battery and a band and everything was done quickly and looks great! Ring sizing was done same day and priced more than fair. Will definitely be going back and will be a new customer for my jewelry and watch needs. Staff very friendly and helpful!

I have been doing business with JC Jewelers for many years. This family-owned and operated business has always provided me with excellent, efficient service, and top quality merchandise at affordable prices. I wouldn't take my jewelry any place else.
