Very unhappy mail carrier keeps delivering my packages to other ppl didn't pay money for someone else to have it this the 3rd time one a lady was nice enough to bring back but have yet to see package that was supposeded delivered 13 days ago never received
Great group of people behind the counter. Each customer is treated like they are the most important person in the whole town. Also, I have seen the clerks out of their way to help the elderly with stamps and change.
I tend to use the post office at least once a week, and I have to say since moving to Watertown, this PO has the nicest people and best customer service of any one I've been to. I call at odd hours, ask random questions and always recieve the friendliest service. I'd like to especially thank Sue, who I usually speak to on the phone. She's always friendly and sincere, and always willing to help. She's the best!
Quick, helpful service, even a peak times (4-5 pm). Folks at the front desk are nice!
I'm tired of the post office. This is the 4th time they have given me someone else's mail. My apt number is 10, today they put apt 11 mail in my box. Apt 11 mail box is RIGHT UNDER MINE. It shouldn't be that hard.
