Jenna helped me check out at the self serve registers. I didn't want to do it that way, but my favorite cashier was on break. Jenna needed to help the machine. It had lots of bugs and she was there to override every one of those bugs. It was fast, but not easy. It's the way of the future, and once the bugs are gone, anyone using this system loses that warm, friendly, personal interaction to which I am accustomed.nnThis store is undergoing renovations, and the staff is making it as painless as possible to find what you need. As always, I found what I needed with and without help, and at the best prices. Staff continues to be helpful and present, always friendly.nnI did not use the pharmacy today, but this is where my prescriptions are filled by friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists. It's always a pleasure to shop here in any department. I'll resist self check out as long as I can!

I came here at 9pm because I came from the hospital and need my high blood pressure pills they said they not take Medicaid After waiting for one hour and they not give me any explanation off why they don’t take Medicaid I ending purchase the medicine and paid cash This pharmacist are very rude you don’t choose to get sick. Very bad experience

literally have an issue every time i go here. whoever is working the window always has an i dont care or i dont know attitude. always pull up and they say 30 min. to fill 1 script and than come back and they just add more time to it cant wait for baycare to add publix pharmacy so i dont have to come here any morr
