B-21 Fine Wine & Spirits

Ordered last night late, a limited edition. A couple bottles very difficult to find elsewhere. I showed up just before 1130 am. Was met by a very pleasant lady behind the counter, she asked my Name, then quickly grabbed my order, checked and verified my ID. Less than 2 minutes and perfect. The boxes on the LE were perfect.nExcellent simple ordering online, simple to pay online. Fantastic quick and pleasant pick up.. They also ship, but today, I wanted to ride over to Tarpon.

I've been ordering from B21 for years now and have had really good service the entire time. As a bonus, they're always a bit cheaper than my local stores even with the $1/bottle premium on the case for shipping. Heck, I'd probably pay more to not have to deal with leaving the house. The single time I had an issue, it was hassle-free to get a credit once I proved that the shipper was just mishandling my goods. If that ever changes then I'll update this review but I'll continue to spread the word until proven otherwise.

Just a great place to buy, or, just look at the different kinds of wines and spirit's. Such anhuge selection of different taste's and so many great wines.

Horrible service. Received wine that had turned. I tried to return it - I called, filed a complaint online, and did everything else they said was needed - and nothing was ever done. They never contacted me. I'm out over $100 and their wine was awful.nREPLY : of course I contacted you at your website . That’s where I filed the complaint! NOT nice. Own your mistake and make it right
