We always go to Baywatch for jewelry repairs, watch batteries, and special occasion purchases. Rick does such a good job! I most recently had new posts and screw-on backs put on my favorite diamond earrings and I couldn’t be happier. The job is great quality, they’re comfortable and I can wear them on vacation without fear of losing them.

I came to repair a torn chain of white gold. Jeweler offerednme for $20 new chain. I wondered why a gold chain could cost $20.nThe jeweler said that it is silver. I was outraged because it wasnbought as gold. a chain with a pendant with sapphires was purchasednin France and has all the documents.nnThen the Jeweler looked more closely and agreed that it was gold. Thisnis the first time I meet a jeweler who cannot distinguish goldnfrom silver and offers to exchange gold for silver with a surchargenof $20.nI left the chain and waiting for the call. The term was 1 week. 2 weeksnpassed and I came to find out what was happening. The chain was notnready. I arrived in 3 weeks - the chain was not ready. As a result,nI waited a month. Usually this work is done within 15 minutes. NownI see low-quality work. I do not understand why my chain at thenjunction bends in my hands. look a photo. Tomorrow I’llngo to another jeweler and find out what it really is. I want tonsay that I did a lot of jewelry repairs in my life, but I haven’tnseen such long terms and poor quality job.
