Mr. DUI, is a very knowledgeable criminal and DUI attorney, who takes the time to understand the situation before presenting you with options for your next step. He gathers all the information and conducts his own investigation of what happened. He is also willing to take the time to answer questions and will provide you with additional resources if he believes it will be beneficial for the outcome of your case. I felt like he was truly on my side every step of the way. With social media and the access to information about people, my life was in his hands. I have never worked with an attorney before, but I never imagined an attorney would use methods and strategies to win like Mr. Nebeker used in my case. I truly believe in the saying “there is a method to the madness.” I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any kind of DUI or Criminal case.

Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful for my DUI. He was extremely responsive and professional, and worked to help me understand the process every step of the way. Having no knowledge going into this, being my first time, he was able to work with both the court and the DLD and got me amazing results. I highly recommend him to anyone that has to deal with any DUI or criminal charge.

Mr. Nebeker was there for me when I needed him most. Matt is a fantastic criminal attorney who helped me in the most embarrassing time of my life. He treated me with respect and handled my criminal case with pure professionalism. It also doesn’t hurt to mention that he is well known throughout the state of Utah as a top rated DUI and Criminal defense attorney, and as such, he gets favorable results. I am so happy I chose him to represent me in court as he was able to get my case dismissed, and my license reinstated. I highly recommend going to him!

I had a misdemeanor and thought myself, let me look on google and see if I can find out a good lawyer. I looked and saw for this Lawyer with good google review. I thought, looks like he is a good lawyer. That was the worst lawyer I ever had to hire in my life. I brought my case to him, even paid half in advance and before the pre/trial I already had paid everything. Matthew Nebeker never set down with me to help me with my case. I went to his office about 5 times to be able to have a meeting with him and I never got a called back before the pre-trial. The only time he talked to me was when we went to court and after he talked to the procecurer in an office at court . Looked like he never had the time to read my case, he asked me if I wanted to go to trial, that’s an answer that he as a lawyer shouldered tell me if we should go to trial, that’s why I hired him, to give me advices and help me with my case. I had all the documents to prove I was not guilty and even left all the copies with his secretary. He probably didn’t even put any effort to read my case. I had copy of the person who called the cops asking the cops to drop charges. Dont judge people by its cover . I have master degree and it will be hard to find a job. Giancarlo .
