BE WARE!! If you need any kind of documents completed such as for disability or another reviewer I saw had a problem with them to fill out a form for her child's school. They charge you a dollar per page for medical records. If you go to Advent Health all you have to do is call ahead and go to pick up your records FOR FREE. They are only concerned about money not the welfare of the patient. I had a stroke recently and I needed to have a form filled out for my job so that I could go into work with limited duties. They refused to do it. If it does not involve them making the money they are not interested. I am saying good bye and I am taking my health care somewhere else. I pay for it and I deserve it.

He takes his time listening to you. He makes sure to answer any questions you have.nI’m so glad I came to this office. Best team of professionals in whole Kissimmee area. I have been visiting different doctors offices for the past 18 years and I finally found a place where people are treated with dignity and respect. I have been in other two offices from the same group and they are awesome as well. I love this medical group that I thought about applying for a career with them. From the front desk to the medical group they are all excellent. Thank you for taking care of me.

I came to this place and have been a pt for a while. It was great to see the front staff were very pleasant. I had a bill for services I was not sure of. I asked for the manager to see if they would be able to explain it to me. The manager was very professional, and was able to explain my balance in a way I understood as well as gave me copies of what my insurance paid and what was my balance. Its great to finally have someone who is able to explain things. Thank you
