Dr Afzal & NP Tina are ALWAYS kind and helpful. They honestly care and it shows. I have been using them as a provider for over a year and I have never once had an issue. I always recommend them to friends and family! Really great providers! You see Dr. Afzal every 3 months and NP Tina the rest of the time, which is pretty standard. Someone mentioned the restrooms not being clean, simply not true. Never once in a year has this been my experience. The staff is always helpful. I feel some people have expectations that no one can fill.

Amazing Dr's, Dr Afzal, Dr. Peefecto, Dr Tina. Always attentive to my needs and has a answer. Makes me feel as if I am the only patient they have. Great staff! I would recommend to anybody! They will treat you with a smile and treat you right! AFFORDABLE

This doctor saved my vacation when I lost my medication on a vacation trip from Delaware to Florida. He contacted my doctor in Delaware, got all my information and sent me a prescription to a pharmacy. He knew I was a one time patient yet still treated me like one of his regular patients. Great service in the office as well. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

If you’re going to choose this practice as your primary care physician my suggestion is to do telehealth with Dr. perfecto his bedside manner is superb, he is compassionate, non-judge mental, and has extreme patience for his patients. Dr. perfecto works Mondays and Tuesdays and telehealth is available this office writes Suboxone and Subutex Plus whatever other element you’re dealing with but they are here to help you with your opioid dependency my suggestion is Dr. perfectonnRyan T

Dr Perfecto is the best doctor at the office. He is kind and treats you like a true patient. I love the nurses and front desk too
