Mai Tai Village

Not a great place to live. Fence surrounding properties is falling apart. They don't keep the grounds clean. The people in the office are rude and unfriendly. They charge way too much for their lots. You purchase the home and still have to maintain the grass. When you want to sell they make it hard for you and give you a low ball price to purchase your home. Better off selling in your own.

Awesome place to live. Friendly neighbors and staff at the office! They even have a pool and a clubhouse, located in the office where you can host events. The only downside of living here is you can only use 1 entrance/exit, as the pedestrian entrance/exit on Redditt is currently closed, and the gates at the Goldenrod entrance/exit are always broken so it feels less secure.

Office staff manager poor customer service that always the same problems very Rude people they think they owner the place They are not profesional people.Just one Gate and never Work .TheynnRaise the Rent every year. Is a Quite place is the only good thing if you have a complaint just write to corporate

This place is absolutely a horrible place. I always have to ask them over and over again to open the pool area, the gym area. Right now I am sitting and waiting and then there’s absolutely no one at the office or in the building the gym is still closed when it’s supposed to be open from 9 am to 4 pm this is not the first time I have dealt with this. I want to spread the word because this place needs a rude awakening because they are absolutely disgraceful. Very unprofessional.

The sales department has poor customer service very rude and nasty needs to be managed better beautiful place but employees has no customer service ethics
