Express scripts is by far the worst company to work for. The upper management team in charge of Patient Care Advocates need to be let go for their lack of common sense and empathy. Retraining would not help the situation. They need an entirely new staff. They have no compassion for their employees. This is not somewhere you would want to work for the long term. I’m speaking from experience.
Absolutely worst pharmacy service. It takes 2 weeks minimum to receive any orders and you're luck of they'll let you go to a physical location to pick anything up.
Always on time with their deliveries.
