I had Mr. Z’s for the first time after a night out where I was pretty not sober, and I thought it was awesome and similar to the dollar slices I grew up having in NYC. Ordered delivery last night and the pizza wasn’t as impressive as I thought. I also ordered a salad which was tasty but absolutely swimming in dressing and had to throw out about half of it as it was just inedible. If there’s a next time, will order dressing on the side. But I think there are better options, at least for me, unless I’m totally not sober.

Mr. Z's is just a consistent favorite, it was a regular (a few times a week) go to when I lived in Key West and as regular as I can get until I move back. The team there is the most professional, patient, and fun bunch of people and that's just an added bonus on top of the amazing food. While I admit I don't stray too far from the most delicious, awesome cheesesteak ever, their pizza is also just as amazing. If you find yourself in Key West, and why wouldn't you, you owe it to yourself to go to Mr. Z's Old Town. Don't do it in a rush, just relax, order, and enjoy every minute of the experience. And be nice to the team there, they work their butts off for everyone, even the not so nice ones. Be one of the nice ones. And order a cheesesteak or two.

Always the best spot for quick and great food day or night. Best customer service around. The guys are polite in reminding patrons to put a mask on for everyone’s safety. I love that. Then there are those that like to be defiant and think they are above all and not wear one just hoping someone will say something so they can start a fight and make everyone else look bad. I ate there a few times over the weekend and was appalled to see how these guys get treated hour after hour day after day. Thank you to the owner that has their employees kindly ask us to pull up our masks to keep them from getting sick and unable to work and keeping the patrons that are there eating safe as possible. I’m sure you don’t hear enough positive comments so I wanted to take the time and say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO as I watched what really happens.

Ordered for a quick bite and the pizza was made within the proposed time frame and was steaming hot and delicious. The large fed 5 (2 men & 3 women) of us since the slices were so large! For what we got in the picture it was $18.25
