Wine-O Bar & Lounge

Tried to make happy hour but miscommunication on time from website and true happy hour. So we stayed for one drink but the experience soon went for a turn. Rude, unprofessional service from our server Serbia. A drink was made incorrectly because they ran out of ingredients so the drink did not taste as it should. Requested a new drink and it was assumed that it would be at no extra charge for the exchanged of the old drink. Once the bill came out- both drinks were on the bill. When questioned about the situation and then requesting the manager, Serbia continued to make excuses that she was not able to do anything nor was the manager going to be available.nnWould love to see better management at this establishment. Miscommunication is their biggest weakness

Worst experience I’ve ever had if I could give it 0 stars I would. Service was absolutely horrible. Went here Friday 03/12/21 with 2 friends we’re all locals. Our server Serbia was incredibly rude and inattentive. Ordered a Moscow mule which was not made correctly and tasted bad. I asked the server If I could exchange it for a different drink & she did, not saying anything about how she would be keeping that drink on my bill anyway. When we were ready to pay the bill the original drink that I returned and the new drink I ordered was still on my bill. When I questioned the waitress about the mule still being on my bill she told me that she made it, so I have to pay for it even though I didn’t drink any of it. She then pulled up my old drink from under the bar and sat it in front of me and told me I can still drink it. I asked for the manager and the waitress told me that he would not come out because he was on a phone call but that I could go get him myself. Ended up waiting around for another 10 minutes and there was still no manager in sight, so I ended up just paying the bill with both drinks on it. All around horrible, unprofessional experience. Run far away from this place there is far better wine bars in key west to go to.
