Brian and Alex were amazing and I completely agree with other reviewers in feeling like a princess. I purchased a beautiful sapphire and diamond bracelet to match my beautiful wedding ring. It does not disappoint and a treasure to share for many generations to come. Thank you!!!!

Buyer beware! One month after our wedding a diamond fell out of my wedding band which we purchased at Pacific Jewelry. An employee told me if I emailed receipt/proof of purchase they would get back to me about replacing the missing diamond. Well I emailed and followed up with several phone calls but no one ever returned my email or call. Not the way I wanted to spend my first months as a newlywed.

Absolutely loved the selection of jewelry!! This store has unique pieces and Alex and Brian are the most knowledgeable and all around good people!! My girlfriend bought me a beautiful ring and they sized it immediately!! Love it!! Thank You!!
