Customer service is obviously nonexistent. The manager is rude and arrogant. She definitely has a god complex. I will not be returning to the store and have reported her to the city and to corporate.
Very friendly hosts that will get your last penny.
Rude and inconsiderate. The two ladies upfront were helpful and nice but the managers obviously did not want to be there. Compared to the other coach stores and shopping we have done there are deals here anyway. Go elsewhere.
