Sunglass Hut

I have gone several times to this store. Zenia and her team are always providing the best customer service possible to ensure you find the glasses you want while having a good experience. Most importantly, they are cleaning the store and glasses very frequently so I felt at ease there even during this pandemic. I would definitely encourage others to check it out for themselves!

Girls in this particular location are amazing! So knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Awesome customer service every time I stopped by they are very welcoming. Zenia the store manager it’s spectacular and so is her team. I recommend all my friends to shop at this location!

WOW that's the best way I can start this review. this kind lady came up to me ask what I needed help with. I showed her a picture of the sunglasses I needed to get. She told me right away. she knew which one I needed. she knew it was going to be special ordered. I was ok that would be fine .. she was starting to order it and this other lady that I was able to get her name Miriam came over and said did you want to monagram with her name .. I said how much more.. they both told me no extra charge. I OK. They were both fantastic. I wish I knew the other young ladys name. I would recommend seeing these ladys Such a big help. You will leave happy.

Walked in around 5pm a young lady greeted me. I Asked for a style I saw online, the girl told me I could only find it online or outlet then I processed to ask if they had anything similar style based on her opinion. She very rudely proceed to tell me it would a big price difference. She was very dismissive and bothered that I asked for similar style. During a time where people are loosing jobs clerks like the one that help me shouldn’t have a job. I never asked price range but style. Normally I make the manager aware but with Covid want to limit my interaction in store.

Tania was the one taking care of us, she was really rude and I really felt very uncomfortable, never coming back to this store because of her.nnSpanish Oldest Girl
