Nobody ever answers the phone in pharmacy department. We used three different phones at the same time calling the pharmacy and waited a good 30 mins on each phone and I never got any answer on any of the phones. This is very frustrating.

Slowest service. Not too many items ready available so they make you come back many times (until they order and re oder! ) go to a different cvs

THIS IS NOT A PHARMACY!!! It’s just a CVS prescription pick-up point where you can buy some over the counter medicine (AKA nothing cause their shelves are always empty). Awful customer service experience and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL staff work here (with the exception of Gabriele who was an angel). If you’re looking to get treated like a shoe and be told to go to the CVS on Aventura Blvd then this is the place for you to be.
