I have been using for nearly 10 years. But the service is now terrible. They are understaffed, long waits on the phone to actually speak to someone, and then sometimes do not have the medication in stock. I am a loyal customer, but not stupid. I am going to Walgreens from now on. Dennis

Why will the pharmacist Scott Kaplan, at Aventura Pharmacy make a transfer on My medicine Jacques Mandowsky -Minociclyn to 110 Nw 7th Avenue without placing it in the system and without letting me know?nThat is UNACCEPTABLE to the level of quality that Winn dixie keep in Aventura. Ok

Useless. They don't answer the phone. Called twice. 1st time didn't answer at all. 2nd time put me on hold never came back.nnUseless. No wonder they are going out of business.

Worst pharmacy in the world.nThey tell you that they don't fill out the scripts automatically and that you need to call for them even if u pick them up on time every month.nWhen you call to order them they don't get them ready .nI ordered the script at 3 pm and requested they call or send a text when its ready .I did ot get a text so i tried callingnfrom 3.30pm until 7 pm they did not pick up the phonenat 7 pm it went to voicemail telling you the pharmacy is now closed.nI sent my son there and they told him just call tomorrow ..nmeanwhile this has been going on for two days.nI don't recommend using this pharmacy .. will need to transfer my scripts somewhere else.

Decided to try Winn Dixie’s pharmacy for a change since I shop in the supermarket and Walgreens wait lines are awful. First I read the reviews and was a bit scare since they arent good at all.nThere was no line (I went at 4pm) and only waited 5 minutes. Carla was the pharmacist who took care of my prescription and was very nice and efficient.nNot a 5 star because every time I need a refill I have to either call on the phone or come in and let them know about it, would be nice to be able to do it with an app.
