First I would like to say the workers in the front, very nice and helpful, my issue is with the pharmacy. Terrible customer service, I was not helped for ten minutes while everyone in the back was talking to each other, like they are in lunch time. When I was finally helped, the price of my prescription was said very loud for everyone around me to hear, (didn’t even approach me) which is none of their business only mine! Lastly, ironically enough, I was told to wait where I initially was for my items And was told to “move” so they could help other customers. I’m sorry! When did you decide to start doing your job all of a sudden? Learn respect and better customer service!!

We have ordered pictures at their location now for the sixth time. I am absolutely serious: Every time it was that they hadn’t the pictures ready although we received the email saying that the photos are ready for pick up, every time they had to print them all over again while we were waiting in store.

The pharmacy's employees are very rude to the regular costumers. It's the third time I've been mistreated there. I do not know what they think in treating regular costumers like that. I decided on them for being a new pharmacy in the neighborhood, but I will return to my old pharmacy. No one deserves to be treated like that.

They have started to cheat their own coupons in this location lately like it's been happening in their 1600 S Federal HWY in Hollywood from my experience. I'll show you on example. Today I came by to buy Refresh Plus lubricant eye drops at around 6:15 PM. The price was $29.99 as shown on the attached photo. Also I wanted to use my 40% off one item coupon. While checking out they said that I could not use my coupon because the item was on sale. As you can see on photo nothing indicated that. Manager Daphne explained that they had removed the sales tags from the item because sale would end tomorrow, so they did it in advance. CVS sends you coupons, but stores make sure you won't be able to benefit from them. End of story.

This place lie to the customers, telling have discounts, when the price show in the item it's the same in the register, price matching sale? No, it's not. Lie customers it's a real shame, hope customers read this, those are FAKE PRICES TO GET FOOLISH CUSTOMERS
