I am on a 3 generation vacation with my daughter & mom. My mom wanted to buy us charm bracelets to commemorate our trip. We walked in the store to look & make a decision on which color we wanted. The sales associate Paula was disgusting & very rude. She said we couldn't look or browse to make a decision because she had paying customers. Paula MESSED up a sale of 3 bracelets & charms. Paula NEEDS to be Retrained on Customer Service! Do Better! I wanted my bracelet.

Do not order online pickup for this store. My item was out of stock online but was notified by customer service it was available in store. So I purchased and was charged full amount. I used both credit card and a giftcard. No one reached out when my item was ready for pickup so I had to contact customer service and store to confirm. When I picked up my purchase, half my order was cancelled and I was not notified. Staff told me I could not cancel my order but that remaining balance would be returned to me. It’s been over a month and have not been refunded. I filed a complaint with Pandora main headquarters who informed me there are ongoing cases with this store for same issue.

So unprofessional they treated my daughter poorly when she was trying to make a simple return. Judgemental and discourteous! can’t believe the treatment to their customers.

I placed the order for pickup, after I finally got my day off to be able for pick up it’s been cancelled ud83dude11 saying Is no longer available . I also attached the coupon fo 10$ off (something like that).nWhen i came to the store and asked them to reupdate my online order, they said they can not, they dont see my transaction even with my order number. Anyway It was available at the store, I want them attach my coupon, they said they can not as is only for online!!! I am very disappointed ☹ufe0f because my online order was cancelled, and than they couldn’t attach my coupon which I attached online, seems like the pushing you go to the store where they will not use your coupon!!! Horrible Pandora trick just to get customers inside to do not accept you coupons ☹ufe0fud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0f ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
