the services in aventura mall is really sucks just only for a battery replace they take 3 weeks plus not respect the customer times.nThey gave me 3 dates to pick up and nothing, in the end I had to wait for more than an hour outside making pressure to have my watch fixed after three weeks of having it in the store, quite disrespectful towards customers

We had bought extra watches ahead of time for gifts for our wedding, turns out we had cancellations and had extra watches, plus we were past the return policy, since the cancellation was last minute thing!. Priscilla, the store manager at Aventura mall was very understanding and helping to us and we were able to process an exchange at least for something we liked!! We are Very grateful!!!
