Excellent doctor is an eminence in your area and is also charismatic, understanding and with an unblemished ethic always looking for the way to help your ailments disappear. Friendly and smiling both the doctor and his assistant, his office is cozy with a musical thread that transmits tranquility, is clean and orderly. Whenever I have muscoesqueletico pain I go with him.

I developed severe left hip and low back pain for no apparent reason. I was severely limited in my ability to walk. I was in Fort Lauderdale on vacation and was leaving in a few days. I was affected to a point where without help my vacation would be greatly altered. I called Salus and they kindly fit me in the next morning. I only had online reviews to go by and they were all accurate. Dr. Kouka was amazing. His assistant Karolina was as well. She performed a very smooth and professional intake. Then she played a part in the treatment itself.Being in healthcare myself I could see from the beginning I was in good hands. They were professional and showed great understanding and expertise in evaluating my condition. The combination of great Osteopathic skill combined with hollistic thinking was impressive. They recognized the root cause of my problem and treated me accordingly. I walked out after the treatment with my pain and dysfunction reduced about 80 percent. I was given a group of exercises which I performed as prescribed and was not limited in mobility again. I improved each day until the original problem was only a memory. I highly recommend Salus Neuromuscular for anyone with musculoskeletal pain or limitation. I realize not every case will be resolved as quickly as mine. I don’t have enough words to say how much Dr. Nabeel Kouka has helped me. He is amazing and I am blessed to have found him. I went to him with extreme pain from occipital neuralgia which causes constant 24/7 pulsating headaches and just with the first adjustment I felt a big difference, he also gave me b-12 lidocaine shots that have helped a ton!
