Bus Terminal at Aventura Mall

It was clean especially in the rest room on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest I give it a 10

The number 3 they always chasing one another and don’t pass the time they have to pass to each stop always rushing Teo bus not supposed to pass the same time that is why they have every 15 20 minutes SMH

From what I understand, the mall is now playing music at the bus terminal, blasting it at an ungodly volume. If this is an attempt to deter homeless people, you need to realize that you are offending the decent riders that have to be there to take the buses. This music is uncomfortable and should not be played at this volume. You people need to think of another way to alleviate the homeless problem. Maybe have the police to a sweep and take anyone who is homeless to a shelter? THINK, PEOPLE...THINK!

I have posted about this before. I dont understand why the terminal is starting to look like eldery shelter and crisis center. Someone needs to help these people because everyday it gets worse. You literally have to walk over people to get to your bus or into the restroom because they are laying on the ground... Day in and day out. There has to be some kind of assistance for these people...
