I have to say, best customer service I’ve ever experienced.nWe purchased online a high chair for our baby and we had bad luck because it came with a manufacturer defect.nI contacted them, and they went above and beyond to solve our issue.nIt took longer than I expected but Nini & Loli customer service never stopped responding and working on finding a solution. Even the owner of the store called me himself to apologize and promise to solve it within 24 hours and they did.nMy special thanks to Diego, who was more than helpful, nice, and patient with us.nThis was my first time buying from them and will not be the last one! Hopefully we can visit the store soon.
