Since coming to Florida in early January, I have been doing physical therapy for knee replacement with Ashley Lowdermilk at Quest Physical Therapy. I am truly impressed with her dedication, knowledge and care during each of our sessions. Before traveling here, I had two other therapists out of state, and Ashley is by far the best. I have gained much greater range of motion and balance as a result of her guidance.

I am very satisfied with my physical therapy treatment at Fitness Quest Longboat Key. Andy was very thorough with my evaluation. My appointments with him have been very successful in loosening my shoulder and bicep and building strength. My at home stretching and strengthening exercises have also been effective without being overwhelming. The office is vey friendly, professional and well maintained. Covid-19 protocols are followed. I would highly recommend Fitness Quest for your therapy,

This is a great operation here! Andy’s been helping me the past few weeks, and it looks like I’ll be able to avoid unwanted surgery from his guidance. Another pro is that it’s on the island so I can avoid the crazy traffic. Come see these folks the quality and care here can’t be beat.
