We are seasonal home owners here in Cape Coral. Our 10 year old lab was experiencing ear pain with excessive head shaking. Tried for a vet appointment and best I could do was a week out. Took Brody to Animal ER and the courteous experienced staff determined the problem and provided treatment. He is doing fine. Great people and great experience at what I thought was a very reasonable cost.

Animal ER is the most compassionate place I’ve ever been to in a time like this! After deciding to put our childhood dog down, we called them! They greeted us with such care & were so caring through the whole process of putting our doggie down! Gave us all the time we needed with her & some kind words to leave with! I would go there again if I had to put another dog down! Thank you so much for making this process just a little bit easier for us knowing that you guys cared so much!

I’ve taken my pets (Family Members) to Animal ER Several times. I’ve always treated like I was there only customer every time I went.nThey helped me through some terrible times when I had to put to rest my Bulldogs within 2 months of each other. They also help my cats and bulldog in times of emergency and treated both my pets and me with total concern and respect.nI will always use their service when needed.nnI would recommend them to anyone for pet care. Our Callie was in need of a veterinarian at 2am. We located Animal ER and pleased to see they provided after hour services. Took Callie in and was seen immediately.nUnfortunally the diagnosis was not good. We determined to put her down. The staff was awesome in how professional we all were treated.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Vet. My Cat was in severe pain from an ingrown nail and was screaming all the way to the Vet at 1AM. Upon arrival We were met in the parking lot (COVID Rules) they took my Cat inside the clinic and came back out in just a few minutes and problem solved my Cat was quite all the way home with no pain at all and her paw healed almost instantly the very next day.nnThe fastest and most satisfying visit at a Vet I have ever experienced. My Cat and I are extremely grateful to have such wonderful Vets in my community. Although this is an Emergency ER. I would want to bring my pets here for everything.nnThere is nothing more I can think of that would of made our experience any better. I give a 10 out of 10 for outstanding service.
