I took a sterling bracelet to have the catch repaired. it was returned with a big blob of silver. Terrible job !!! And overcharged me. The bracelet looks terrible nownnAs per response... no new end tab. Price was commiserate with GOOD work.. not accomplished here !!nAny one would have been very upset

I bought a name Plate chain for my daughter's 14th birthday. Come to find out the chain was too short. I came back to get a longer chain put on it and they tell me I have to buy a whole new chain, and the manager told me that since it was just gold plated, it didn't matter to her! I knew I would have to pay to get a longer chain, but after spending all the money I did before, I thought I could just pay the difference. I am having to get 2 chain extensions. This place I will NEVER shop here again!

The staff here helped us find a band to match my engagement ring. They ordered several so we could find just the right one. We also ordered a wedding band for my husband. They arrived quickly and were resized to fit in plenty of time for our fast approaching wedding. Highly recommended!
