It is difficult to give this store a good rating. We were from out of town, and their “no exceptions” mask policy forced my son, who has a medical exemption, to stay outside. So all I could do is pick up the two items that we knew he needed. If he could have come in, I know we would have spent much more.nnSo because of this policy, I feel as though that the store is not very welcoming especially to people who have special medical needs.nnBased on the owner response I will add this edit, lowering my rating:nnI respect your decision to limit access to your store, it's your store after all and you can deny access to whomever you wish for whatever reason. However, this is akin to denying access to individuals with a handicap. After all he does have a handicap which is why he can't wear a mask. The mask mandate (which was not currently in affect) does allow for a medical exemption. We went in multiple stores that day with no mask requirements and no issue with him not wearing a mask.nnTherefore you have denied access to an individual based on a handicap. Poor Service!nnThe price of the product was a little more than other ways I could have purchased it, but you pay for convenience. So no plus or minus there. It wasn't that much more.nnAnd as far as selection goes, I'll let my son who was the end recipient of the products purchase tell what he thought of the selection in your store... he wasn't allowed in. So from his point of view it's terrible.

I had a great experience as always! I didn't make a purchase this time. But they had a very nice stock of everything as usual. Very clean store, GREAT STAFF, and great prices. I've never seen a frown or bad attitude on anyone feom the staff to customers every time I've visited!

This shop has a varied selection of comics, figurines, and tabletop games. The prices seemed reasonable and the atmosphere was fun! They had a bunch of Warhammer games going on while I was there so it was pretty packed; it was very cool!

Love this store....they got everything

Very well run and low pressure establishment. It was like hanging out at the cool kid's basement with the clean bathrooms and fresh snacks. Thanks for the hospitality.
