We have been going to Dr. James Wilson for several years and have always had great service. Recently however there are some changes where you definitely don’t feel like a patient and just a number. It started with the changes to some of the office staff. My wife and I have been treated very rudely by Jennifer on the phone. Her lack of care and respect to the patients will ultimately lead to patrons leaving their office and going elsewhere. It is very sad and to be honest frustrating to say the least. I realize we are in the pandemic days and it can be hectic for them however, without the patients you are not needed. Please rethink your approach.

Absolutely love this office! Everyone in this office is amazing. As soon as you walk in the front door, you are greeted by Barb, who makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. If you’re looking for a doctors office that listens to you and takes their time with you then go see Dr. Wilson and Julie.

Have been waiting for over an hour for a TeleDoc appt. No-one contacted me to say he was running behind schedule, so twenty minutes into time I call them. They apologize and assure me the Doctor will call for my appt. by 12 noon. An hour after scheduled appt. time. Doctor never called me for my appt. the office line now says that they are closed for lunch.

I have seen Dr Wilson for over 10 years. He listens and compassionate to the medical issues. He is an honest doctor and his staff are very friendly while being very professional. I really like going to Dr Wilson as my primary care physician as I know I am in safe hands.

Most friendly staff I've ever seen at a Doctors office. Doctor is personable and helpful. I never have to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, if at all. I couldn't ask for more.
