The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful in the process of having me seen in a timely manner. The facility practiced Covid guidelines with limited seating, sanitizers available and clean. The nurse who handled my screening was very personable, polite and I was in and out in less than an hour which is great for a walk in clinic. Keep up the great work Concentra!

This office is friendly & fast . They work very hard and maintain a welcoming environment to make patients comfortable

If I could put no stars I would! Horrible Plant City staff! The front desk was rude and uneducated I prefer the Lakeland site! I will be returning tomorrow and hoping my experience will be different but if not it’s okay it will be handled patients should not feel attacked by such rude and miserable staff
