Very very bad site, online ordering is a joke. You put items in the cart two minutes latter they are gone and you are logged off. It is not worth it if you are on medicare. The items are way over priced and very limited. Just be aware. Choose something else.

I ordered hand sanitizer and disposable gloves. Canceled after a few days so I called them what's going on. Thay said that out of stock. Someone made this result by not making out of stock. This stupid thing happened because the working staff were so lazy that they didn't types out of stock on the computer. Bad customer service.

Placed OTC order on 3/3, no response or shipment till 3/20. Received only part of them without any explanations. When I call, the lady told me there is no that item even on their list! If I didn't call, then this is the last day for orders. Otherwise, the monthly allowance will be forfeited. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Humana retail pharmacy is amazing and they are so friendly. The technicians and pharmacist go out of there way to make you feel like family!
