I had broken my glasses over the weekend. Snapped in two! I took them to Brown's jeweler's in hopes that they could sodder them back together. And, unlike, when you go to an eyeglass place, where they would have to fit them, once again, to your face and make adjustments, my glasses fit perfect, when I put them on!! I know they aren't in the business to fix glasses, but that just goes to show, they go the extra mile for their customers!! I highly recommend Brown's Jeweler's!!

I was in a car accident and the stone came out of my wedding ring. It had been created for me overseas, so I contacted him and he said I could either send it to him to be repaired or he would send me a new stone and I could have a local jeweler put it in the ring. I opted for that since I didn't want to be without my ring. When the stone came, I took it to Brown Jeweler's, opened the box right in front of the salesperson and handed over my ring. When I picked it up, the stone had a scratch right across the top. I pointed it out to the salesperson, she went to the back and came back and told me that's how it was when he got it. So if you drop off any jewellery, make sure to note the condition in writing. If it had been scratched when he saw it, why didn't anyone call me to ask if I knew? Why didn't the salesperson say anything when I gave her the stone? But because the conditions of the items were not documented, I had no proof and had to pay for the repair even knowing they had scratched my ring. Just protect yourself.

I've had nothing but the best service each time I have gone to Brown's Jewelers. Everytime has been fast, courteous and affordable. I wouldn't take my business to anyone else.
