I do my best to be honest. I have MS. The Doctor I see has been treating me for over 22 years. When I first started seeing him, I was in and out of a wheelchair. He asked me to participate in a drug trial. It involved 3 different injection meds. Every day I felt like I had the flu. When that feeling went away, it was time for another shot or shots. I did this for 3 years. I noticed I wasn't relapsing like I did before. I was staying in remission longer. When I did come out of remission, it was difficult and painful, but it didn't take me all the way down. We finally got the results from the drug trial last year. It was a success. Had it not been my Doctor begging, pleading and so concerned about me, I would not have been in the trial. I would be in a wheelchair. I still have flare ups. I also have a Doctor who knows what he is doing. He treats all of his patients equally.

Dr Botero didn’t care about the problems I have stated in my reviews, only to change them? Who actually asks someone to change a bad review? So I did, then I was treated like garbage repeatedly. Time after time. Do not go there. ud83dudcb0 > patients

This place never answers their phones nor do they call back. I understand being busy but this gets ridiculous. You have to physically go to the office to speak to anyone. The doctor needs to hire someone to answer phones only, not task them out to do everything else and neglect the phones.

Dr Botero is the most brilliant pain doctor I've seen, and I've been to six different doctors over 10 yrs. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm so glad I found Dr Botero.

Some of the best staff around. Super sweet and the doc is nice but firm.
