Not sure how the doctors are because the incompetence of the staff. I tried making an appointment and staff would not give my the website address do fill out the forms, said it would be mailed, as in snail mail, so I asked if I can just give my email and send it that way and they said no we have to mail it. So after they mailed it to the wrong person and had to resend it the letter came late I still followed instructions then to be told they cant even find it and that I have to come into the office after I was told it wld be teleconference, then to be told the doctor does not even do teleconferencing, then after all that they tried to reschedule me another week away, then after I cancelled my appointment 3 hrs later I received a call from them from about a message I left over 24hrs previously ....

First time at gastroenterologist and I am so happy I had it here! Very kind and patient staff. They were all calming and made me feelnSo much more relaxed. I felt nervous for this appointment and Melody was kind and thoughtful. She explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.nI feel a lot more at ease about my upcoming procedure. Thank you to all the staff! You are greatly appreciated:)

Dr. Nensey and staff were above and beyond professional. They made me feel very comfortable. Very dillegent with safety protocal concerning Covid. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing their services.

I called to make an appointment and had to wait almost a month so I cancelled my vacation plans in order to be seen. The rude receptionist hung up on me while I was asking a question. I arrived at my appointed time and saw a full waiting room. I was told I would be seen sometime later that day after the doctor saw all the other patients and after he got back from lunch. Money is far more important to the doctor than his patients well being. Never again will I walk thru his doors, very rude office staff with a toxic attitude

Donna is fabulous. She takes her time with her patients and her diagnosis is on point. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
