My husband has been going to this office for several years. They don’t know how to properly submit claims to insurance because every time they insist my husband pays a portion of the visit out-of-pocket, at least $80, sometimes $100, they turn around and submit an insurance claim for the full visit amount of $115.11. So, instead of subtracting the out-of-pocket portion as a part of the claims process, they are basically double charging us and then stating he has a “credit” on file. If there’s a credit on file, then subtract it from the next claim you submit! It’s not hard, but they either want people double paying or don’t give a sh**. They also do not accept HSA debit card payments, or any card payments for that matter, which is shady AF and could be a way for them to hide their continued mess-ups with claims. Terrible customer service and their phone line states they’re closed during their business hours, so literally no way to reach them to clear this up.

I have been a patient here for years and I love the staff with the only exception being the receptionists that are there have the attitude of this is a paycheck and lack the passion that the other staff members always have. I know I LOVE this office!!!!!!!

The absolute worst receptionist a doctors office could have, and at a psychiatrist off all places. Very rude, mean, and unwelcoming. She makes me extremely nervous to call the office or make an appointment.nCurrently on week 2 of no medication because I still can not reach anyone to make an appointment & have not received a call back after leaving multiple messages.nThey have also changed appointments on me, only calling to tell me they changed it (without my permission, obviously) on the day of.nThe DR himself is alright, but don’t click with him. I’ll be finding a new office.

Very unsatisfied. Called to make an appointment and was told I owed them $75 for 3 missed appointments. I had only missed 1 appointment because when I called within the 24 hours to cancel the phone rang busy all day long. It's a year later and I call on the 8th of Oct. left message. Have not heard back. Called the last 2 days and the phone is ringing busy again. Website says they're open. Pretty sure they are scamming my govt ins

Horrible experience here, the receptionist is always short and unsympathetic to ppl who really just need a caring and polite person to set up appointments or if an issue should arise to take info.nThe psychiatrist is okay but doesn’t really listen to you so that he can find out what’s really troubling you. Medication was all wrong for me and in taking them resulted in horrible side effects!nnI Don’t recommend this place!!ud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude1e
