My Doctor for two years has done absolutely nothing to help me with the problems in my legs. It is impossible to get the prescription renewals I need and I'm on blood thinners which could put my life at risk. It takes 20 to 40 mins every time you call this place to speak to somebody and then they are rude. When you go here you never see a smile and its like you walk into a gloomy negative atmosphere. I am leaving this medical center and the only reason I gave it a star was the lady that works in the lab is very nice. This place doesn't deserve her and nobody deserves this piss poor health service they provide.

3 stars. I used them as my childs dental provider. They have always treated them well and did a good job. I decided to go there as well for medical and dental. My child had to wait for 3 months because they cancelled their last appointment - dental hygienist called out. So now they are waiting for 9 months for a cleaning. They stated they would be placed on a call list. My dental appointments have gone okay with the exception THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I had to drive up there personally which was ridiculous. They get 2 stars. I found my children a new dental office and they didn't have to wait long for an appointment.nnNow on to the medical side. Again everyone is pleasant. They never refill your medication request even when you give them 2 weeks advanced notice. I had to make an appt to actually get a refill. This was the same with referrals. They never answer the phone nor return calls. They also have long wait times. My appt was at 915 and the provider got there around 945 and i was not seen until 1130. She was rushing and in a bad mood. I do not recommend the medical side-1 star.

This place is excellent but I do warn if you're pregnant and planning to come here for your pregnancy, the nurse Guadalupe is very rude and dismissive. Please find a better place to go to for your pregnancy.

Absolutely unreliable service from these incompetent people. I've been turned away by the quite rude and unprofessional women out in front of their walk-in countless times for varying reasons, whether it was because of available space (understandable) or it was because I was ill. I don't understand turning away an ill patient at a literal doctor's office where you're supposed to be helping the sick. When calling for an appointment, they told me I'd have to wait a WEEK, then sent me to the wrong address come the date of my appointment, to another SCHC building, only this one was being demolished. I will never use their service again, they've proven one too many times that they DON'T know what they're doing.

I called in a Thursday, for my mother to get a different prescription for her diabetes and told them she stopped taking it per her pharmacy’s recommendation due to a recall on the medicine. No one cared to answer back! They said, they have an on call physician but when you call the number it takes you around in circles with the same recording. So, actually there is no on call Physician. Maybe for them my mom NOT having her diabetes medicine is NOT important but her health depends on it. I called today again!!!! And they will” take her as a priority” lets see what the their definition of priority is! This is absolutely unacceptable- no accountability!!!ud83dude21
