I just moved into town and called in a week ago to schedule an appointment and they told me they only do same day appointments. So I called in the same day as soon as they opened at 8am. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes they scheduled me their earliest available appointment for 10:15. I got here at 10 and it is now noon and they still have not seen me. If you like long waits and bad service this is the place for you!

I have to agree with previous reviews, very difficult to reach by phone, seems there may not be enough personel to answer the phones. Also trying to make an appointment with your actual dr. is difficult. I had my last appointment (after taking 3 weeks to get one) cancelled without notification to me. So glad I checked my portal for the time or I'd have made a long trip for nothing. I have been on hold for 40 minutes!

I go here. They are a good primary care for everyone but sometimes they can be annoying but that's everyone I guess
